  • First Impressions

    A small (SIZ 8) humanoid with armour looking disturbingly akin to layers of cured, flayed, human skin. Its own skin is barklike, where visible through armour. On its head it wears a black helm with holes all around, like a colander. Some kind of liquid pulses back and forth through the holes. Visible in the face opening is the head, which appears to be translucent, with organs (brain, eyes etc) floating inside it! Three elf and one baboon head hang at its belt: the eyes follow you with a kind of despairing horror.


    Referee Only

    Due to Curse of Thed, its head has turned into a semisolid gorp! As it couldn't use normal materials for a helm, it used 11 points of Initiate DI to attune some tarnished silver, which resists up to 10 point acid.
    Remember, don't throw Thanatari against PCs unless they're at least Rune level.


    Character Traits

    Geas: slay all non-Thanatari sentient chaots.
    Geas: Never combat undead. (What about non-Thanatari vampires?!)
    Studies flower arranging - kind of undead plants to an elf.
    Has a penchant for eating scraps of well rotted meat.
