This is a collection of NPC's from our RQ campaigns, selected for their playability, quirkiness, silliness, or because they're just plain Hard. Whether you play RQ, AD+D or Cthulhu, it's often difficult to think of an interesting NPC on the spur of the moment, and this Gallery is intended as a source of inspiration .We tend to play an RQ2 / RQ3 hybrid so, many details may not quite match the "Official" Rules. Perhaps I've miscalculated a hit point or allocated an impossible spell mixture. So what? These guys are intended for use as background or expendable characters in your own games. An obsession with rules consistency is the death of a game, so use 'em and abuse 'em. Enjoy!
