This carrier design is based off the idea of combined arms. This ship is meant to fly behind the Singularity Class Dreadnoughts and launch it's fighters into the battle from a safe distance. While it does have enough weponry to be a threat itself, it's main addition to the fleet is its array of point defense turrents to take down enemy fighters and weapon fire. The ship can also produce the P28 Albatross Class Bomber, as well as the S23 Falcon Class Intercepter. Finally, it also has a construction bay to create the XL-5 Weapons Platform while on the move. A Transport Inhibitor helps to prevent capture as well.
